How do I return an item?

We want to make your returns and refunds as easy and fast as possible. Our return policies vary by item ordered so please review below.

Print textbooks/course materials purchased directly from MBS Direct must be returned within 2 weeks after class start date or within 21 days of date shipped, whichever is later. To return print textbooks/course materials purchased directly from MBS Direct, please log in to your account, go to the Return Center under your orders, select the item(s) you want to return, and generate a pre-paid UPS return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return credit. More MBS Direct return policy information can be found here.

Clothing and giftware items are eligible for return 30 days after purchase. Original tags MUST be on the items. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out this form and place it in your package when shipping it back to the College Store. Any and all clearance items are final sale, and not returnable.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, $8.95 return shipping will be charged to you.

Shipping Policy

$9.95 shipping/handling will be added to orders for UPS Ground.
Above rates are for the 48 contiguous United States; please call for quote for other destinations.
Most orders will leave within one business day of ordering Monday – Friday.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box; please provide a street delivery address.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday (Eastern Time) will be shipped the following Business Day. No shipments on Weekends.

2-Day Air: $19.95 shipping/handling.
Next Day Air: $29.95 shipping/handling.
Large orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, we will contact you if this is the case.
