How do I return an item?

We want to make your returns and refunds as easy and fast as possible. Our return policies vary by item ordered so please review below.

Print textbooks/course materials purchased directly from eCampus must be returned within 2 weeks after class start date or within 21 days of date shipped, whichever is later. To return print textbooks/course materials purchased directly from eCampus.com, please Log in to your account, go to the Return Center under your orders, select the item(s) you want to return, and generate a pre-paid UPS return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return credit.

Clothing and giftware items are eligible for return 30 days after purchase. Original tags MUST be on the items. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out this Form and place it in your package when shipping it back to the College Store. Any and all clearance items are final sale, and not returnable.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, $8.95 return shipping will be charged to you.

This Return Policy is for any Electronics both Apple brand and non-Apple brands. This includes charging cables and power adapters.

Item(s) still in their original packaging un-opened are subject to a restocking fee. (Macs are-$200 & iPads are-$100.)
Accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ear Buds are not returnable unless defective due to sanitary reasons.
Opened box returns need to be returned in a like-new condition along with ALL packaging and contents. Same restocking fee applies for opened box returns. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing contents will be denied a return. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.
Defective products maybe returned for a full refund after determining product is defective out of the box at time of purchase by a certified Apple Technician. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Custom orders are NOT returnable, unless deemed defective. All custom orders will require payment at time of ordering. Please make sure the product you would like ordered is the item you wish to keep.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase date and ALL returns must provide Proof of Purchase.
Must have valid Middlebury college ID. If shipping was elected a form will be emailed to you and college ID # will be verified prior to shipping. If in store pick up, form can be filled out in person at time of pick up.

Shipping Policy

$12.95 shipping/handling will be added to orders for UPS Ground.

Most orders will leave within one business day of ordering Monday – Friday.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box; please provide a street delivery address.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday (Eastern Time) will be shipped the following Business Day. No shipments on Weekends.

2-Day Air: $25.95 shipping/handling.
Next Day Air: $35.95 shipping/handling.
Large orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, we will contact you if this is the case.
